Job Details:Constant contact with the owner of each property
Cooperation with real estate agents to find suitable tenants
Monitoring utility bills
Preparation of offers from suppliers and informing owners
Processing of emergency and non-emergency maintenance needs
Cooperation with the accounting department for the preparation of financial reports
Job Experience:Basic knowledge of operating platforms such as airbnb is an advantage
Experience in a similar position at least 2 years.
Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
